Heat 2 tsp oil in a pressure cooker.

Add 1/4 cup roughly chopped onions.

Sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped tomatoes.

Add 1/2 cup roughly chopped cabbage.

Add 1/4 cup roughly chopped capsicum.

Sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add 1½ cups of water.

Mix well.

Pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pressure cooker.

Transfer the soup into a deep non-stick pan.

Add salt to taste. We added 1/2 salt.

Add freshly ground pepper. We added 1/8th tsp black pepper.

Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Yummy tangy soup.. where in the vegetables are sauteed.. gives a nice flavour to the soup.. it is spiced up mildly.. every body from kids to the adults love this soup.. piping hot.. I served this with a buttery garlic bread..
