For the chocolate sauce- Combine the chocolate and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1½ minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and mix gently and keep aside.
How to proceed to make sizzling brownie- To make sizzling brownie, heat the sizzler plate on an open flame till red hot.
- In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and water, mix well till the sugar dissolves.
- Drizzle this over the readymade brownie.
- Pour 2 tbsp of the prepared chocolate sauce evenly over it, place the brownie in the centre, top it with 2 more tbsp of the prepared chocolate sauce, 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream and finally 2 more tbsp of the chocolate sauce.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 1 more sizzling brownie.
- Place the plate on the wooden tray and serve immediately.

- Sift together the ¼ cup of flour and 2 tbsp of cocoa powder using a sieve. Keep aside.
- Combine 1 tbsp of curds and ¼ tsp soda-bi-carb in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
- Combine 1/8 cup melted butter, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence and ¼ cup of hot water in another bowl and whisk well.
- Add the curds-soda mixture and mix well.
- Add the flour mixture and 1/8 cup of walnuts and mix gently to make a smooth batter of dropping consistency.
- Grease a shallow microwave safe dish using butter. Line it with a piece of greaseproof paper at the bottom of the dish and again grease it using a little butter.
- Pour the batter into the greased and lined microwave safe dish, spread it evenly using a spoon and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Cool slightly and unmould by turning upside down on a plate.
- Remove and discard the grease proof paper and cut them into squares. This recipe makes 2 pieces of brownies. Keep aside.
