Ingredients
For The Garlic Dressing
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp curd (dahi)
1 tsp milk powder
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt and
Other Ingredients
2 cups boiled baby potatoes (with the skin) , cut into halves
1 cup shredded spinach (palak)
salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine the spinach and the baby potatoes, in a deep bowl and mix gently.
- Add the prepared dressing and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

Great combination of aloo and palak for a salad! the garlicky potatoes are just soo full of flavours! My family loved it. Its delicious.
