The dressing of the salad has roasted chana dal which is quite unusual. The dressing tastes good along with pineapple and cucumber.

Fruit and veggie combo with varied flavours from honey, lemon juice and roasted chana dal perked up with the additional flavour of coriander.. what I liked about this recipe is there is no separate dressing to prepare... it''s an all-in-one recipe tossed well.
