Pear pomegranate and spinach salad is made from 2 1/2 cups spinach (palak) leaves torn into small pieces, 1 1/2 cups pear cubes, 1/2 cup pomegranate (anar), 1 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp pomogranate juice. 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder, readily available in the market, 3/4 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) and salt to taste. Take 2 cups pomegranate (anar) and put in a big mixer jar.

Close the lid and blend till smooth.

Strain the juice using a strainer.
