This dip wins hands-down with tomato lovers! Saucy, chunky and tangy, the Mixed Veg and Tomato Dip offers you a range of textures and flavours using myriad ingredients like juicy veggies, tangy tomatoes, perky spring onions and peppy taste-givers like green chillies, ginger and garlic.
You can enjoy this delicious dip with potato wafers , crispy bread croutons or any other crunchy snack of your choice.

Method- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies, garlic, ginger and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, spring onions, chilli powder, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add all the vegetables and ¼ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Switch off the flame, add the coriander, mix well and serve immediately with potato wafers.
