green garlic roti recipe is a green garlic multigrain roti made of 3 healthy flours. Jowar flour, bajra flour and whole wheat flour along with green garlic make this a healthy green garlic roti which can be had with some curds.

To make green garlic roti recipe is very easy and quick. Combine the 3 flours, green garlic, coriander and salt and knead into a soft dough using enough warm water. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the green garlic roti using ¼ tsp of oil and cook till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Serve immediately.

For garlic rotis
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough warm water.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
  3. Roll a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  4. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the roti using ¼ tsp of oil and cook till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 4 more rotis.
  6. Serve the green garlic multigrain roti immediately.

Fresh green garlic has its own taste and flavour.. wen mixed with the roti.. It makes it more tasty.. to have it.. This is a great variation.. for regular roti..
