Surely this elaborate dish requires a spot of extra effort, but the mouth-watering result is absolutely worth it! “Flash, Bang, Wallop” is how your taste buds will react to this awesome dish, which features a splash of colours and vibrant flavours.

Layers of freshly made tomato sauce, a creamy spinach mixture and a richly textured corn mixture adorn perfectly cooked long-grain rice, giving this one-pot meal a well-rounded flavour and tantalising appearance.

Tangy, creamy and rich, this Layered Corn and Spinach Rice with Tomato Sauce is just too tasty to resist, and a garnish of grated cheese only makes it all the more luscious! I have no words to describe how awesome this recipe was.. Infact without the spinach layer also it tastes good.. The main star of the dish is the tomato sauce.. The creamy and smooth textures and flavours of the sauce make it an unstoppable and finger licking good dish..

It's a nutirious recipe but didnt enjoy cooking; thought the recipe photograped would be great if provided; atleast would give an idea of its appearance after being baked; another quick method of making such a rice would be sauteing onions, crushed corn, spinach, chilli, rice n finally adding milk n cream before serving.
