My mother would make the normal Indian meals in the morning that would consist of Chapati, a vegetable gravy dish, dal, rice and a salad and she would make any one meal dinner recipe for a change and we would never get bored of having the same kind of dishes day to day. As my mother was a working women and somedays she would be busy with work, I and my father would cook Vegetable Pulao with raita, as it’s a meal itself and is also quick to make.
