Method

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the celery and bean sprouts and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chinese rice, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot.
