Bread, as sandwich or toast, is a great breakfast option, not just because it can be prepared quickly and easily by anyone, but also because it provides a lot of room for creativity and customization.

You can make your sandwich or toast just the way you like it! In this sumptuous version, whole wheat bread slices are topped with a healthy topping of low-fat curds, sprouts, apples, and other ingredients perked up with mustard powder and black pepper powder.

While the Creamy Alfalfa Sprouts and Apple on Toast uses alfalfa sprouts, you can try a similar topping with bean sprouts too.

You can also try Alfa Sprouts, Tomatoes and Basil Sandwich or Mango and Burrata Cheese Crostini .

It's a delicious, simple and healthy sandwich. The recipe says toasted bread but might also taste good on an untoasted bread. The topping is light, tasty and fresh.
