Main Ingredients
8 pandi chillies , broken into pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp chopped dill leaves
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup thick curds (dahi)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
Method
- Blend the chillies in a mixer till coarse.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge and use as required.

Wow! spicy, creamy and tasty. Was tempted to add ready made chilli flakes but followed the recipe to the core.It was worth it.The flavour of freshly ground red chillies was too good. Served with http://www.tarladalal.com/Mexican-Kebab-(-Kebabs-and-Tikkis)-32765r at my barbeque party and enjoyed the leftover today with pakodas.
