Broccoli and Capsicum Hakka Noodles

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup blanched broccoli florets
45659 chopped capsicum
3 cups boiled noodles
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup blanched and chopped spinach (palak)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
For The Garnish:
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
Method
- Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, capsicum, spinach and green chillies, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the hakka noodles, soy sauce and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.

Hakka noodles with exotic veggies like broccoli and capsicum gives amazing taste. You will just feel like having it in a restaurant.

I tried this recipe and it turned out amazing. Broccoli is my favourite and noodle and broccoli is a great combination.
