ચણાનો લોટ (besan benefits in Gujarati): ચણાના લોટમાં ઘઉંના લોટ કરતાં વધુ સારી ચરબી હોય છે અને પ્રોટીનની માત્રા પણ વધુ હોય છે. જટિલ કાર્બોહાઇડ્રેટ્સથી સમૃદ્ધ અને ઓછા ગ્લાયકેમિક ઇન્ડેક્સવાળા, ચણાનો લોટ મધુમેહના (ડાયાબિટીસ) દર્દીઓ માટે પણ સારો છે. ચણાનો લોટમાં ફોલેટ અથવા ફોલિક એસિડનું પ્રમાણ વધુ છે, જે અસ્થિ મજ્જામાં લાલ રક્તકણો (red blood cells) અને સફેદ રક્તકણો (WBC) ની ઝડપી વૃદ્ધિ અને ગુણાકાર માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે. ચણાના લોટના વિગતવાર ૧૦ ફાયદાઓ જુઓ અને તે તમારા માટે કેમ સારો છે.
