4 brown bread slices , toasted
To Be Mixed Into A Spinach and Paneer Spread
3/4 cup blanched and chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt and to taste

To prepare the mixture of Crispy Spinach and Paneer Open Toast, wash the spinach with clean water to get rid of dirt if any.

Roughly chop the spinach to make the cooking process faster.
