Here is a delicious paneer carrot brown bread toast which is an instant breakfast option, made with toasted brown bread slices topped with a sumptuous mixture of low-fat cottage cheese, grated carrots, tomatoes et al.
To make carrot and paneer toast, combine the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chillies, coriander, butter and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Divide into 5 equal portions. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast and bake in a pre-heated at 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
