To make carrot and paneer toast, combine the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chillies, coriander, butter and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Divide into 5 equal portions. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast and bake in a pre-heated at 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

  3. Add 1 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add 1 tsp chopped green chillies.
  5. Add 1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania).

The recipe is very easy to make with limited ingredients. Looks very colourful.Very healthy and light to eat. Loaded with vitamin A and goodness of paneer. A must try.
