For chilli garlic noodles- To make chilli garlic noodles, heat the oil in a wok / kadhai on a high flame till it smokes.
- Add the spring onion white and coloured capsicum.
- Saute for few seconds.
- Add chilli-garlic sauce and salt.
- Saute on high flame for few seconds.
- Add noodles.
- Mix well and cook on high flame for few seconds and garnish the chilli garlic noodles with spring onion greens. Serve hot.
