Method

  1. Cut each bread slice into 9 cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour and crisp.
  3. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add the prepared spread and toss gently.
  5. Serve immediately.

This salad recipe was creamy and cheesy all in one..combination of lettuce, paneer and croutons mixed with the dressing taste yummm! it taste best when served chilled...

I love croutons and after seeing it in a salad, i was tempted to try this recipe. The lettuce, paneer and croutons tastes wonderful togather because of its creamy spread. It is so creamy that kids are going to love it like crazy and adults too.
