For the spinach dip
  1. To make spinach dip, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the spinach and paneer and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the milk and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the salt and pepper, mix well, remove in a plate and keep aside to cool.
  5. Transfer it into a mixer jar and blend into a smooth paste.
  6. Serve the spinach dip hot with crackers.

    2. Add 4 tbsp finely chopped onions.
    3. Add 1 tsp chopped green chillies

    5. Add 2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak).
    6. Add ½ cup grated paneer (cottage cheese).
    7. Cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
    8. Add ½ cup milk.
    9. Cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
    10. Add salt to taste.
    11. Add pepper to taste.
    12. Mix well.
    13. Remove in a plate and keep aside to cool.
    14. Transfer it into a mixer jar.
    15. Blend into a smooth paste.
    16. Serve spinach dip hot with crackers.

spinach dip, is so creamy, quick and simple to make. I tried this dip with nacho chips also. The vibrant green color is so visually appetizing.
