  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute.
  3. Stir well using a spatula till the chocolate has melted and resembles a sauce and continue to stir it for a few minutes till it comes down to room temperature and is still a sauce like consistency.
  4. Dip the base of the strawberries so that the chocolate coats half of each strawberry evenly.
  5. Place them on a tray covered with aluminium foil and put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Wow this recipe is so easy. I have always had this in the weddings and loved it. I tried this recipe at home and it came out awesome. I also tried some other fruits with this and it tasted amazing. Such a wonderful, quick and easy recipe. Thanks..
