    6. Add 1 tsp soy sauce.
    7. Add 1/2 tsp sugar.
    8. Add 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
    9. Add 1 1/2 tbsp coarsely crushed roasted peanuts.
    10. Add salt to taste.
    11. Mix well and keep aside.

    1. In a deep glass bowl put 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts.
    2. Add 1/2 cup thinly sliced assorted capsicum. 
    3. Add the dressing.
    4. Add salt. Use very little salt as we have soya sauce in the dressing which is also high in salt. We used 1/4 tsp salt.
    5. Toss well.
    6. Garnish with 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens.
    7. Garnish with 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).
    8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
