Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine the soya sauce and cornflour along with ½ cup water in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan or wok, add the paneer and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, baby corn, capsicum and mushrooms and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the soya sauce-cornflour mixture, sesame seeds, peanuts, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  5. Serve hot.
