Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or kadhai, add the garlic, ginger-green chilli paste and spinach and stir-fry over a high flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Add the rajma sprouts, tomatoes, dry mango powder and salt, toss well and stir-fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
