4 brown bread slices , toasted

To Be Mixed Into A Spinach and Paneer Spread
3/4 cup blanched and finely chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt and to taste

The combination of spinach, paneer and mayo is awesome. The best part is once the spinach is blanched, there is no other cooking. The recipe gets ready in minutes. Toasted bread topped with this stuffing is delectable. Paneer and spinach is a really nice combo..
