तेल का उपयोग करके कुर्रियाँ और सब्ज़ियाँCurries and sabzis using oil in hindi |

1. लो कैलोरी दाल मखनी रेसिपी क्रीम और मक्खन के बिना कम कैलोरी दाल मखनी। हमने इसे एक स्वस्थ दाल मखनी बनाया है, जहां वसा का स्तर कम हो जाता है। तो अगर आप डायबिटिक हैं या वजन कम कर रहे हैं तो आप लो फैट दाल मखनी रेसिपी का आनंद ले सकते हैं।

2. मलाई कोफ्ता करीमूँह में जाते ही घुलने वाले बेहद नरम कोफ्तों को टमाटर के स्वाद वाली ग्रेवी में डाला गया है जो आपको बेहद पसंद आयेंगे और इन्हें मलाईवाले कोफ्ते कहते हैं |

3. पालक पनीर रेसिपी : पालक पनीर रेसिपी सबसे पसंदीदा शाकाहारी पंजाबी व्यंजन है जिसमें पनीर का संयोजन किसी सब्ज़ी के साथ किया जाता है। पंजाब में दूध की प्रचूरता के कारण दूध के उत्पादक जैसे कि पनीर का बहुत उपयोग किया जाता है।

4. अचारी पनीर : अचारी पनीर एक खुश्बूदार नुस्खा है, जिसके स्वाद का श्रेय इसमें उपयोग किए गए विविध प्रकार के दानों को जाता है। दही, मैदा और कुछ मसाले मिलाकर बहुत ही साधारण पर स्वादिष्ट मिश्रण तैयार किया गया है और उसमें पनीर मिलाकर यह सब्ज़ी तैयार की गई है। 

5. मेथी मटर मलाई रेसिपी | मेथी और मुटर एक सुपर-हिट संयोजन है क्योंकि उनके स्वाद एक दूसरे को अच्छी तरह से पूरक करते हैं। यह एक सुगंधित मसाला पेस्ट, एक और भी अधिक ताजा ताजा सूखी मसाला, tangy टमाटर का गूदा और सभी के लिए जोड़ें, और आप मेज पर एक अनूठा मेथी मुटर मलाई है।
