Leftover bhaji and ladi pav pair up to make a wonderful snack, which you can have for breakfast or as a tea-time treat.
The buttery taste and enticing crispness of the pav is a perfect match for the mouth-watering flavour of the bhaji. The enticing gooeyness of molten cheese adds a fun element to the Ladi Pav Bhaji Toasts, making it a great hit with people of all age groups.
Method- Cut each ladi pav into two. Apply little butter on inside of each half of the pav and place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes.
- Apply 1 tbsp of bhaji on each pav and spread it evenly. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese evenly over it and bake again for 5 to 7 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
