Method
For tomato garlic chutney
  1. To make tomato garlic chutney, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the kashmiri red chillies, tomatoes and a little water and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the salt, tomato ketchup, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool completely.
  6. Add the spring onion greens and coriander, mix well and serve immediately.
