2 cups chopped tomato
1 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
2 tsp olive oil
2 finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
salt to taste
Method

This Tomato and Coconut Soup is perfect on a winter day or when it is pouring heavily, sip on this. It is very easy to make and the addition of coconut and tempering is what makes it different from the regular tomato soup. My friends and family found is very unique.
