लाल मिर्च लहसून की पेस्ट के फायदे, स्वास्थ्य विषयक (benefits of red chilli garlic paste, laal mirchi lehsun ki paste in Hindi)

पदार्थ कैपसैसिन जो लाल मिर्च को उनका विशिष्ट तीखापन देता है, वह शरीर में इन्फ्लमेशन (inflammation) को कम करने में मदद कर सकता है। लाल मिर्च में केयेन जैसे कुछ अध्ययन से दिल की रक्षा करने वाले लाभों को भी देखा गया है। दूसरी ओर, इसमें मौजूद विटामिन सी, कुछ हद तक प्रतिरक्षा को भी बढ़ा सकता है। इनमें कुछ मात्रा में बीटा कैरोटीन, बहुत कम कार्ब्स और थोड़ी मात्रा में प्रोटीन और फाइबर भी होते हैं। लहसुन में मौजूद सक्रिय तत्व एलिसिन रक्तचाप को कम करने में सहायक होता है। लहसुन मधुमेह के रोगियों  में रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को नियमित करने में भी मदद करता है। लहसुन हार्ट के लिए अच्छा  और संचार प्रणाली के लिए बहुत अच्छा है। लहसुन में एक रोगाणुरोधी, एंटीवायरल और एंटिफंगल फ़ंक्शन होता है और सामान्य सर्दी और अन्य वायरल संक्रमण से राहत दिलाने में मदद कर सकता है। लेकिन, प्रकृतिक रूप से मसालेदार होने के कारण, गैस्ट्रिक जलन से बचने के लिए इसे कम मात्रा में लेना चाहिए।
