- Whisk well and cover with a lid and keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Now add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and whisk well.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° c (360°f) for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove, demould and cool completely. Cut into equal slices.
