Ingredients


For Paneer Garlic Bread
3 burger buns
1/2 cup small paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
3/4 cup diced mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/4 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Into Garlic Butter
6 tbsp soft butter
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Method

For paneer garlic bread

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}cheesy paneer garlic bread{/span}, cut the burger buns into half horizontally using a sharp knife.
  2. In a small bowl, add paneer cubes, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Place 1 halve of burger bun on a clean, dry surface and apply 1 tbsp garlic butter evenly on each halve.
  4. Sprinkle little cheese, place the prepared paneer cubes, some green chilies.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° c (400° f) for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve {span class="bold1"}cheesy paneer garlic bread{/span} immediately.
