  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8-10 small equal portions and shape them into small round flat tikkis.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot.
