A dash of jeera powder is all that it takes to highlight all the assorted flavours in this dressing. Make a batch of this Parsley and Garlic Dressing, and store it in an airtight glass jar in the fridge. It will last for two days.

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a small non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds. Cool completely.
- Once cooled, blend in a mixer with all the remaining ingredients till smooth.
- Use as required.

this perfectly combined dressing with the tangy flavour of orange was enjoyed by my family-salads now seem to be so easy when you the dressings ready in your fridge
