    1. what is  honey lemon dressing made off? healthy lemon honey dressing with thyme  is made from 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest, 1/4 cup olive oil or extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp finely chopped thyme, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper.     1. In a bowl put olive oil.
    2. Add finely grated lemon zest / lemon rind.
    3. Add lemon juice.
    4. Add honey.

    6. Add salt to taste. We added 1/4 tsp salt.
    7. Add 1/8 tsp fresh black pepper.
    8. Mix well with a small whisk
    9. Store in the fridge.
    10. Serve with a healthy salad.
