The Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge for around two weeks. Every time you wish to use it, shake the bottle vigorously to mix all the ingredients well, and then use.

Main Ingredients
2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
2 tsp castor sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt and to taste
1/2 cup oil
Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the oil in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Gradually, add the oil little by little to the mustard mixture, while mixing it vigorously using a whisk.
- Use as required.

French dressing..the flavour of mustard and little sourness of the vinegar is nice, so quick.. just mix it till perfect.. this dressing goes best with green salad leaves.. and any crunchy vegetables.. As said it can be stored in refrigerator, two weeks.. so i make little more in quantity and store..
