રીંગણા (Benefits of Brinjal, baingan, eggplant in Gujarati)રીંગણા જેવા ખોરાકમાં ગ્લાયકેમિક ઇન્ડેક્સ (low glycemic index) ઓછી હોય છે અને વજન ઓછું કરવા માટે પણ સારું છે. રીંગણા ફાઇબરનો ખૂબ સારો સ્રોત છે. તે બ્લડ સુગરને વધતા અટકાવે છે અને તેથી મધૂમેહના દર્દીઓ માટે સારું છે. રીંગણામાં ફોલેટથી ભરપૂર છે, જે રેડ બ્લડ સેલ્સ (red blood cells) ના ઉત્પાદન માટે જરૂરી છે અને એનિમિયાને રોકવામાં (prevent anaemia ) પણ મદદ કરે છે. રીંગણાના બધા 7 આશ્ચર્યજનક ફાયદાઓ જુઓ.
