Potato cheese grilled sandwich is i think the most easiest and yummiest recipes. The crispy grilled bread gives out an amazing taste of the butter and i just love it. Potato and cheese when grilled and had immediately gives you a nice gooey feel in your mouth and you are sure to love it.

I have tried this recipe and believe me it is the most quick, easy and delicious sandwich to make in no time. I loved the chatpata balance of all the strong flavours in the sandwich which made it a joy to eat with every bite. When it comes to the ingredients, I followed exactly what was mentioned in the recipe and it worked like a charm. For the bread slices, I decided to use freshly baked bread from the bakery down the road. For the cheese slices, the only brand I trust is Go Cheese. Simply put, nothing else comes close when it comes to quality and flavour of the cheese. Will definitely be using this recipe often. Thank you for sharing!
