  1. To make paneer corn and capsicum sabzi recipe, heat 1 tbsp oil in a broad non stick pan.
  2. Add the paneer cubes and shallow fry them on a medium flame until light golden brown from all the sides.
  3. Add the corn and capsicum, saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a deep pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, pandi chilli, cumin seeds and onions.
  5. Saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  6. Add the prepared masala paste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Add the sauteed veggies and paneer, salt to taste, fresh cream and kasuri methi. Mix well.
  8. Add 1 cup hot water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring ocassionally.
  9. Serve paneer, corn and capsicum sabzi hot garnished with coriander.

  13. Add 2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder.
  14. Add 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
  15. Add 1/4 tsp garam masala.
  16. Add 1 tbsp water.
  17. Blend into a smooth paste.

Kids love this recipe. Paneer goes great with sweet corn.
