1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup bajra (black millet) flour
1/4 cup jowar (white millet) flour
1 tbsp flax seeds powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil

  1. To make multigrain cracker recipe, in a deep bowl combine whole wheat flour, bajra flour, jowar flour, flax seeds powder, salt and olive oil and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  3. Roll a portion of the dough into 5 inches (125 mm) oblong shape using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  4. Cut the sides of the rolled dough a little to get a straight line.
  5. Cut it into 6 equal pieces by cutting it horizontally and vertically twice with a pizza cutter or knife.
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 with the remaining dough balls.
  7. Place the cut crackers on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake again for 10 minutes.
  8. Cool the multigrain crackers, completely and store in an air-tight container. Use as required.
