quick homemade pizza crackers is very easy to make as we always store frozen homemade pizza sauce at home. We freeze our pizza sauce in bulk at home in Mumbai. This is great when you want to make pizza's in a hurry for your kids or even for yourself. The frozen pizza sauce lasts for 3 months. So i suggest you to make larger batches of pizza sauce. We freeze in a steel container and make a big batch using 2 to 3 kg of fresh tomatoes. You could use a plastic container to freeze. Before using, take out the amount of frozen tomato sauce and keep out for 45 minutes or defrost in microwave oven.

This recipe is a great idea. I was very hungry and was looking for some delicious and quick snack recipe and i came across this recipe. It is super-delicious. I had some pizza sauce ready at my place, so all i had to do was chop some capsicum and grate some cheese. the combination of cracker with pizza sauce goes really well.
