Ingredients
200 gms sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
4 garlic (lehsun) cloves
2 cups rice (chawal) , soaked in 3 1/2 cups water
5 spring onions with greens , chopped
3 tbsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1/2 cup milk
Method
    Method
  1. Put the oil in a microwave safe broad bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and onions and microwave on high for 2 mins.
  3. Add the mushrooms, mix well, cover with a microwave safe lid and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the salt, pepper, milk and rice with water, mix well and microwave on high for 15 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
  5. Reduce the power to 60%, cover and microwave for more 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
