This sandwich sure lives up to its wild name! With a large assortment of juicy and crunchy veggies, teamed up with sweet corn and paneer, this satiating sandwich also has a fabulous flavour thanks to mayonnaise, green chutney and sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup tomato strips
1/2 cup cucumber strips
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) strips
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green chutney
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
8 triangular bread slices
butter for spreading and brushing
8 tbsp grated processed cheese

For Serving
tomato ketchup
Method
    Method
  1. Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Place 2 triangular bread slices on a clean, dry surface and butter them lightly.
  3. Spread a portion of the stuffing evenly on one buttered bread slice, sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese evenly over it and sandwich it using another triangular bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
  4. Apply a little butter on top of the bread slice and grill in a greased pre-heated sandwich griller for 4 to 5 minutes or till it turns golden brown in colour and crisp from both the sides.
  5. Cut the sandwich diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
  6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to make 3 more grilled sandwiches.
  7. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.

This sandwich is very good as it uses a lot of vegetables that we always have at home. When the sandwich is grilled and ready to serve it is just so tempting that it will be over within minutes.
