For hot garlic sauce- To make hot garlic sauce, combine the cornflour and ¾ cup of water in a bowl and mix very well. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the spring onions, schezuan sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the cornflour-water mixture and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously. Use the hot garlic sauce as required.
