Method- Cut the zucchini into halve and cut them into thick vertical slices to get 8 slices.
- Heat the olive oil in a griller pan or a pan, place the zucchini sprinkle little sea salt and pepper powder cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. While turning it twice in between.
- Add the carrots, little sea salt and pepper powder and toss on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
