Method
  1. Cut the zucchini into halve and cut them into thick vertical slices to get 8 slices.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a griller pan or a pan, place the zucchini sprinkle little sea salt and pepper powder cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. While turning it twice in between.
  3. Add the carrots, little sea salt and pepper powder and toss on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

grilled zucchini and carrots.. great as a snack.. A replacement for evening junk foods.. loved by everybody in the house.. and it gets ready in minutes..
