Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped potatoes
1/4 cup chopped french beans
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
3 cups basic white stock
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 1/2 cups white sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Method

Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
Add all the vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
Add the white stock, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the white sauce and parsley, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
