Ingredients

1 packet sandwich bread loaf
1 cucumber, grated
2 carrots, grated
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 onions , finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
butter and mint chutney
Method


  1. Mix all vegetables, masala and salt.
  2. Apply butter on one side of bread and mint chutney on another bread and fill the vegetable mix between them.
  3. Toast the sandwich on the hot pan and serve with sauce.
