1/2 cup frozen chopped strawberries
1 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
Pour the smoothie in 2 individual glasses.
Serve immediately.
