Main Ingredients
18 to 20 apricots , soakedand chopped
4 medium sized chopped peaches
4 medium sized apple
4 cups chilled apple juice
4 tbsp chilled curd (dahi)
4 medium sized banana , chopped
2 cups chilled soya milk or milk
4 tbsp powdered sugar
Method
- Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of smoothie into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
