Rice Veg Cutlets, this recipe is made out of freshly cooked rice, but this easy and tasty dish can also be made in a jiffy with leftover rice.

Enjoy these crispy cutlets with a sprinkling of chaat masala. Serve with chutney and ketchup.

  1. Roughly grind all the ingredients in the mixer.
  2. Make balls and flatten them and deep fry till golden brown in color.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala on fried cutlets and serve with chutney of your choice or ketchup.
