To make the Crunchy Bread Cutlets, we first need to make a paste. For that, we will keep all the ingredients ready.

Take a small mixer jar and put the clean and chopped coriander to it.

Then, add the grated coconut.

Place the bread slices on a clean, dry surface. We have used 6 big bread slices. Remove the brown crust of the bread slices carefully with a knife and discard the crusts.

Tear the bread slices with your hands. The procees of grinding becomes easy if you tear the bread slices.

Add the fresh bread crumbs as well.

Start mixing well till it starts to form a soft dough. If the mixture does not bind well that means you may need more breadcrumbs.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.

Take one portion into your hand and roll it into a ball in between your palms.

Slowly flatten it and shape each portion into a flat 50 mm. (2’) diameter cutlet.

Repeat with the remaining mixture and keep aside.

Heat enough oil in deep non-stick pan. This is for deep frying the Crunchy bread cutlets.
